Dear RoboCuppers,
Mark your calendars for RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2023 (RCAP 2023) to be held in PyeongChang, the host of the 2018 Winter Olympics. This December, in addition to participating in RCAP 2023 competition, you can also seize the opportunity to experience the skiing slopes in the Alpensia Ski Resort, PyeongChang, Gangwon Province, South Korea.

1. Important Dates
• 1-30 September: Pre-registration
• 9 October: Announcement of qualified teams
• 10-31 October: Final submission and payment of registration fees
• After 1 November: Late  submission and payment of registration fees (team registration is not allowed)
• 5-8 December: Team setup and competitions
• 9 December: Finals and Award Ceremony

** No on-site Symposium this year (online Symposium will be announced later)
