RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) Related Events
RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) Related Events are those organized by the RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) Regional committees.
The Regional Committee must submit a proposal to the RCAP Board of Trustees to be approved following the instructions below.
Please allow at least 3 months for a decision.
Proposals for RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) Related Events
A proposer for a RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) related event shall prepare a proposal document that includes, at least, the following items:

- Setup days
- Competitions/Challenges
- Optional Training for participants
- Optional Training for Teachers/Mentors
- Other activities

- Organizing Chair (name / Institution)

- Organizing Committee
- List names for all tasks/leagues related with organization
- RoboCup Leagues in contest
- Major Leagues
- Junior Leagues
- RCAP Leagues
- Other competitions
- Participation and Fees
